Greenfield Projects - Welwyn
Greenfield Projects reached out to us regarding a high-end residential home refurbishment they had been contracted to undertake works on. The scope of requirements for this project was to strip part of the existing home, renovate the roof, add a subscructure to the home, re-design the front and interior and transform the house from an old structure to a beautiful luxury new home.

On this project, we've been contracted to visit the site 4 times across the build to create marketing content for Greenfield's social media platforms, website, and portfolio content. Below, you can see the design CGI, as well as a breakdown of our visits.
Visit 1
Visit 1 saw us visit the site to capture the home pre-works beginning with solely the base strip works having been done to the property. Below, you can see the 'Site Update' marketing video we produced from this visit, showcasing what was taking place on-site that day during our visit.

This footage is also to be used upon completion of the transformation, within the 'Overall Process' timelapse-style video.

Visit 2
Visit 1 saw us visit the site with the new roof on the home and the new structure shell of the home in place. The back garden bar room was also completed, with felt and battens, walls and interior beams, and the oak frames for the main-roof having been added, ready for the main roof to be battened. For this visit Greenfield Projects also requested we use our Ground Filming Camera to achieve a mix of drone footage and ground video, to showcase the changes from afar, from a birds eye view, as well as up close. We also captured and edited photographs utilsing our Ground Camera, of which these can also be seen below:
